My device is paid off and they refuse to unlock it due to a "policy". So, ATT is screwing consumers over... and over and over and over. I have a payment arrangement for my bill. They told me that if my account is past due, they will not unlock the phone. <--- ATT this practice is illegal. And yes, I verified it.
