Mar 29, 2020 · Have had the Dewalt 20 v max xr brushless string trimmer for 10 months, works well, just used it for 30 min, then charged battery, cleaned the head etc, restrung it and then placed battery back on and then pulling the throttle the head rotates 1 cm one way the bounces back the other way and stops. battery is full power. no grass in head etc ... .
